ONLYOFFICE is a comprehensive office suite for document editing and collaboration on desktops, Android, iPhones, and iPads. It is an all-in-one app with tools for professional work on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations across Windows, Linux, and macOS. It is fully compatible with OpenOffice XML formats: .docx, .xlsx, and .pptx.

The desktop suite pack allows you to extend functionality with pre-installed plugins. For example, you can insert special symbols and clip art, edit pictures, translate text, and send documents as email attachments directly from the editors.

The suite also provides quick access to extensive collaborative capabilities. Users can switch to online mode by connecting to the cloud (ONLYOFFICE cloud, Nextcloud, ownCloud) and collaborate on documents with their team in real-time.

An additional capability is end-to-end encryption, which protects documents (DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, ODT, ODS, ODP) using the AES-256 encryption algorithm. This feature is currently available as a developer preview.

Create, view, and edit spreadsheets on your device. Work with rows and columns, adjust cell parameters, and use more than 450 formulations, kinds, and filter knowledge.

Presentation editor

Create and edit impactful displays on Android. Manage slides, insert photographs, add and edit shapes, charts and graphs, texts, and different items.

Real-time collaboration within your favorite

Connect ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors to the cloud platform of your choice: ONLYOFFICE, Nextcloud, ownCloud, or Seafile to collaborate on documents with your team—co-edit in real time, review, comment, and interact using chat.

Extending your editing capabilities

Make the most of your editing with the collection of third-party plugins. Insert a YouTube video, add special symbols or a clip art object, automatically translate any word or sentence, and highlight code. You will be able to find the plugins you need.

The Documents app for Android provides access to files stored in your ONLYOFFICE account on your mobile device. This app lets you access, produce, and modify text files, spreadsheets, and presentations, organize your files, and link to third-party cloud storage. You can provide different access types to your files, edit them collaboratively with other portal users, or share files via external links.

New files can be added, allowing you to view, modify, and organize files stored on your device, and link third-party cloud services that support the WebDAV protocol.

ONLYOFFICE Workspace is a bundle of web apps for environment-friendly workforce management and collaboration. ONLYOFFICE Docs built-in with ONLYOFFICE Groups, Mail, and Talk. It additionally contains an intuitive management panel for simple workspace configuration and customization.

The Talk Module is an instant messenger that provides real-time communication between co-workers. It offers all the traditional features you expect from a messenger: history archiving, file transfer, multi-user chat support, search functionality, and emoticons.
